Chris Lindig goes to the outer-limits of reality and uncovers a portal to a place where “Dioism” reigns. Lindig creates a language of iconic images using symbology from religious cult, heavy metal, hot turbo cars, sex, and death. Lindig uses strong, extravagant colors as a stage for his characters. Naked girls flirt with Death in the hot tub, are worshipped while riding tigers (on a leash made of heavy metal chain), and men in tracksuits wave machine guns while riding bicycles. These icons of power bring pride to his characters while also raising issues of domination and submission.
